rpmbuild -t? tarball options

Positive. rpm 4.9.1.1 on Kubuntu 12.04.

The '-t' feature is also fully functional with debbuild 0.11.3+, see 
https://github.com/ascherer/debbuild-0.11.3 – although it exspects a '.spec' 
file and doesn't understand 'SpecFile' yet. Admittedly, it took some time to 
grok the feature, but now its standard part of my test suite for debbuild.
