create rpm spec file for httpd webcontents

Hi,

is there a way to create a rpm spec file to install httpd var/www/html
contents on the remote servers the rpm binary file will contain
var/www/html contents and after installing the rpm binary, it will install
the docs inside /var/www/html docroot of httpd webserver?
