[Rpm-maint] EditGROUP

Hi all,

i'm a french Fedora-project and Fedora-Fr.org contributor (Eg: building
packages, writing docs, etc) and would like to take part of this new project
of rpm.org.
I can contribuate for First to make an another language for this wiki (
create french page on this wiki),
Write documentations et more about packaging rpm.
it's why i wish to be in the edit group.
