What it means is that your $RPM_BUILD_ROOT is getting embedded inside of
your binaries (and libraries).

If you shared your spec file (or even better, your SRPM), someone could
probably show you why this is happening.

But, taking a blind guess, I'd say you're using %makeinstall.
