[Rpm-maint] rpm.pot and rpmpopt.pot

rpmpopt.pot is just a temporary file generated from rpmpopt and merged 
into main rpm.pot. Or actually, that's the way it's supposed to go, seems 
I've broken it (for HEAD) at some point.

In other words, just ignore rpmpopt.pot. I'll need to fix the generation 
of that file anyway (thanks for pointing this out :), might as well try to 
make the situation more obvious while at it.
