Looks ok to me.
rpmtransFlags is pretty much filled up and this doesn't exactly help that
situation but that's not really your headache. And there are various
currently obsolete/unused flags that could be pruned to make room for
others, but ultimately the flags need some splitting up.
Also in rpmtsRun(), problems are getting checked and trimmed several
times, it should be possible to combine the ugly multiline if-monsters a
bit, but that's just a minor detail.
