[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Remove extra dependencies (#86)

I refactor rpm2cpio.sh to require less external tools. After refactoring the utility it requires to work: `dd` (coreutils), `printf` (coreutils) and unarchivers. I also added a check that file passed as argument is the rpm file. Also I fixed the signatures of compressed data.
