[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Human readable size in --queryformat (#375)

Currently the size displayed in `rpm -qa --queryformat '%{SIZE} %{NAME} \n' | sort -n -r | head -10` with `{SIZE}` is not human-readable at all.
