My concern is
if `language` is not specified, it looks running as `language: ruby`.
If we will set `language: generic`, it is displayed as "no language set" instead of "Ruby".
But I do not know that it is right way.

I did set `CONTAINER_IMAGE=registry.fedoraproject.org/fedora:24` with full path.
Because this is good to add CentOS container image as CI test in the future, if we need.

If you are fine for my modification, I can do squash from 2 commits to 1 commit before merging.
Or you can do it by yourself.
