[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Python macro improvements (#221)

I thought I already commented on this but guess not... anyway, I thought having separate tiny scriptlets for such closely related items seemed a bit much. `python-rpminfo` which offers switches or commands to retrieve the parameters seems more like it. Or maybe `rpminfo-python` to prefix by the owner?
