[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Make queryformat array behavior consistent for all types (6adef6a)

The documentation has always stated that '=' is required for this case, and nothing is breaking for scripts doing that. Anything else means the script is relying on buggy behavior (not even undocumented behavior because this being one of the rare cases where the expected behavior IS clearly documented).

The changes to make it automatic caused regressions to other features and if I have to weigh between a documented feature breaking and users relying on buggy behavior, guess which one I'll take? We can revisit the issue later but right now I'm out of time, the regression(s) stood unfixed for months and I need stuff in working shape for 4.14.0.
