[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] RFE: handle lists/tuples within macro expansions (#503)

Adding %{split:...} and %{join:...} primitives as syntactical sugar for multiple %define operations, implemented through argv routines, are obvious extensions to handling tuples within macro instantiation and expansion.
