[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] hdrNum should be stored in big-endian, not native endian, for btree retrieval (#287)

The patch to use big endian hdrnums with LMDB is insufficiently general: hdrnums need to become big endian everywhere, for all back end databases, since the values are exposed in the API.
