[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Skip showing empty Relocations line in rpm -qi (#532)

Indeed, relocations only live in those bizarro 3rd party vendor packages that do every imaginable trick to have their package be as unlike rpm as possible... Yet customers *will* complain if relocations no longer "work".
