[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] brp-compress: scan more thoroughly for man and info directories (#538)

Somebody somewhere is doing a random thing with program X and we should add a random directory to one of our scripts because of that? I'm not impressed. Why not /foo too? 

Of course the current brp-scripts are hideously stupid and full of hardwired arbitrary historical junk, just trying to fish something more productive out of this. Such as maybe passing the search prefix semi-intelligently via environment or arguments, which could then help the generic case.
