[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] brp-compress: scan more thoroughly for man and info directories (#538)

I definitely didn't think of it either until Panu suggested taking %{_datadir} into account.

Panu - do you have an opinion which approach (scan for directory paths or use %{_datadir}) you like better? Is there a better way to pass %{_datadir} to brp-compress?
