[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Dynamic Build Dependencies (#593)

I am not using `src` as there are not sources included and people can't really build it as they would expect from an src.rpm. What about using `.buildreqs.nosrc.rpm`? That should already be supported and be closer to the truth than all other variants so far.
