[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] find-debuginfo.sh: speed up %dir generation (#975)

As this is only generating a list of all directories in the file list and their parents it would probably be faster to first strip the filenames and run sort -u before adding the parent dirs. Not sure if this is really worth the effort, though.
