[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Add all of the rpmbuild macro aliases to rpmspec as well (#848)

Works for me.

Need for this is a good point, especially so with --with/without macros. I'm a bit reluctant to add *all*  (for example --buildpolicy which to my knowledge nobody ever used, perhaps original developers not counting, and --scm which affects patch application etc so why should rpmspec care), but on a closer look both could affect rpmspec --parse output, and thus should be there. Proxy support seems hysterical but ... at some point it's easier to just add than argue trying to prove otherwise :)
