[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Warn on undefined macro uses in specs (#1170)

You could also just use some macro to turn it on/off like with the other rpm flags, i.e.:
```
%define _warn_on_undefined_macro_expansion 1
```
That would make it easy to turn it on for a whole project in OBS.
