[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] RFE: Signing packages with signify (#1193)

Why would we want to use a different format? There's nothing wrong with the pgp signature format. (I totally agree that the gpg code itself is horrible. Fortunately rpm does not use it.)

This is like saying we should switch to dpkg's packaging format because it is used by Debian.
