[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Make "%patchlist -f patches" work. v2 (#1043)

This is based on #874 but uses readManifest() instead of separate code for reading the files.

The first patch adds support for STRIP_TRAILINGSPACE for readManifest() which was missing previously (although widely "used").
