[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] ocaml-find-requires.sh should also consider cmxs files (#913)

In which order is `/usr/lib/rpm/fileattrs/*.attr` evaluated? Is there a safe way to override the content of `%_rpmconfigdir/fileattrs/ocaml.attr` (part of rpm.rpm) with another file from my own `ocaml-rpm-macros.rpm` package?
