[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] l10n: zh_TW: update translation (#1237)

I did the:
  - Make the translation consistent
  - Translate the remaining part (-> 2 untranslated)
  - Also reviewed some translation

Since I can't upload this to Zanata (it said that I don't have the permission to access this), I went uploading this by PR this.
