[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Add rpmtsAddEraseElement2 to API, extend rpmtsAddEraseElement with key data (#1360)

Of course the other aspect is somehow receiving that data in the progress callback. That callback should really get rpmte's as the prime argument, and from that it's trivial to get the key, userdata etc. But of course changing that is an incompatible change but maybe it could be done with some special API flag or so.
