See my comments https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/pull/1360#issuecomment-694728992 and https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/pull/1360#issuecomment-694875388 - this does not *yet* include a new callback API for notifications about transaction element changes, which will allow you to discover *all* the transaction elements a single rpmtsAddFoo() created.
