[Rpm-ecosystem] build-id

I am building a scratch built linux system and I am using rpm as the 
package manager.

I want to disable build-id in rpm so it discards or doesn't act on the 
build-id.

Can build-id processing be disabled in a macro file?

   If so how does one do that.

Want to remove the following from the binary rpm package

/usr/lib/.build-id
/usr/lib/.build-id/04
/usr/lib/.build-id/04/de97ace89db31d5e2d565a439e4b0840451318
/usr/lib/.build-id/0b
/usr/lib/.build-id/0b/63a5b3d4628f006a346f6795357cf213c6e4b8
/usr/lib/.build-id/1c
