llocal rpmmacros file are not readed by rpmbuild redhat 6

I suppose you mean Red Hat Enterprise Linux, there's no such thing as 
"redhat 4/5/6"...

rpm >= 4.6.0 silently (and yes, intentionally) ignores any macrofiles: 
directives in the rpmrc.
