Default Behavior of rpmbuild for stripping

Hi,

It seems like rpmbuild would strip out some symbols by default. May I know
what symbols it would strip? debug symbol or  elf symbols or all symbols?

I have rpm file in my handle. I do not know how it being built. Is there
any way to check whether symbols are present in rpm file?
