Build SUID binaries

Use 4-digits mode in the %attr (this was taken from Informix spec file)

%attr(6754,root,informix) %{_prefix}/bin/oninit
%attr(6755,root,informix) %{_prefix}/bin/onmode

I am newbie in working with rpm. I want to build a package that includes some binaries with SUID flag. But in the rpm package, this flag is set off. So, how do I build? With what macros?
