Building rpm packages with support for 64 and 32 bit libraries

I have a 64 bit system that I would like to build a custom rpm package to
include 32 bit libraries.  Is there a convention or variable available that
will essentially build the source with the -m32 compiler option that can be
triggered with the -target option?
