Creating RPM on AIX

Thank you Florain,
I am using the spec file that comes with source and using the tar.gz file so I thinkif it is missing any file, it should be either .spec file or the tar file does not structuredproperly.
I consider this a bug in Python spec file, and going to send Python developers an emailbut tried to create and copy the missing files and then running rpm --short-circuit -bi python3.specbut it seems --short-circuit does not work for rpm -ba or rpm -bi, the script still delete temp files.

Any recommendation as to how to fis this ?

These is the actual problems. You must make sure all files mentioned in
the %files sections are actually in the install root (after the %install
section is run).

This is likely just debug output. 3.0.3-1 is the very ancient rpm
version when versioned dependencies were added in the current form.
rpmbuild is just telling you that it adds the dependency on the rpm
feature automatically.
