It's been a busy summer but here we are, reaching the release candidate stage
for 4.20!  Thanks to everyone involved in working on the outstanding bits and
regressions, and to those reporting them in the first place.  This is shaping
up to be a polished, feature-rich release (*knocks on wood*).
