[Rpm-maint] join the RPM wiki edit group

Hello everybody,

I'm a fedora core user and student in a master degree (networks and
telecom) in Lyon, France.
I'm new to the rpm-devel world, but the fedora-fr is curently writing
some docs and HowTo about RPM. I can also help you to translate some
english docs to french.
I'll be happy to join the group.
