[Rpm-maint] Only package with rpmbuild

Hi,
 
I'm using RPM version 4.3.3.
 
I have already compiled my application and the deliverables are ready to
be packaged.
Can I just create a binary rpm package without building(tarring source,
compiling etc.) with rpmbuld?
