[Rpm-maint] rpmbuild bus error on osx

Ciao,
I'm using rc1 + patch to avoid deadlocking in rpmq. I've now a problem
with rpmbuild.
Back when I was using rpm 4.4.6 I used to apply the following patch:

http://trac.macports.org/projects/macports/attachment/ticket/7613/rpm-port.patch

in order to get rpmbuild package correctly all the files after having
built them.
Since 4.4.2.1-rc1 has the same problem, I patched fts.h the same way,
but now I get a buserror right after the

Processing files: external+python+2.4.2-CMS3-1-1027

at the end of the build. Any idea?
