[Rpm-maint] Minor 64-bit patches again

Just a friendly reminder to the maintainers that I sent in a patch a
little over a month ago:

Would you please take a look?  Except for the change to lib/query.c, the
patch just fixes the printing of debug statements on 64-bit platforms.
The change to lib/query.c makes the tests there effective on 64-bit
platforms; otherwise, due to the type sizes involved, those if
statements have no effect.
