I know that this was considered an issue with Obsoletes matching an
unversioned provides with the Sun JDK and split out xml-commons-apis.  I
think we probably don't want to revert this at the moment, but we should
think about what various people's views on correct interaction between
unversioned provides and obsoletes going forward if we revisit rpm's
behaviour.
