[Rpm-maint] Making rpm depend on glib?

it's ok for mandriva:
- rpm is already using a lot of big libraries
- libglib is already used by some core packages (eg: passwd)

only known drawback of glib (from our glib maintainer) is
malloc-failure error handling (which is why dbus rewrote its own lib).
