[Rpm-maint] RPM 5?

rpm.org and rpm5.org are both tines off the same fork, who forked
what/when is subject to debate (but not particularly important).  If
you have questions about rpm5.org releases and compatibility with
various distros, they are best asked on rpm-devel at rpm5.org.
