[Rpm-maint] Translation of --info output

Popt supports translation of strings in popt files, by marking them
with a $ before the string proper.  All(?) the POPTdesc in my
rpmpopt-4.4.2.1 are so marked for example.

One relevant messag missing this marking, however, is the output of
--info.  In this message all the tags like "Name", "Size", etc. could
be translated.  May I suggest the --info string is marked for
tranlation in rpmpopt?
