[Rpm-maint] Inconsistency between RPMTAG_Summary and %{SUMMARY}

i've no real answer to this, but you may try "rpm -qp --xml" to see
the whole rpm header info. This may give you some hints.

you may also give a link to the rpm

(but i'm sure redhat people here will have a better answer regarding
this)
