[Rpm-maint] RPM spec files

Hi all,

    I am looking for a way to create a shortcut to an application of mine
(which i distribute as an rpm)on the desktop of all the users. I figured out
that the presence of a **.desktop *file on the users 'Desktop' directory can
do the job. But my question is - how can i make a shortcut available to all
the users in the machine without copying this **.desktop *file on to each
and everyone's Desktop directory ?


    Any help is highly appreciated.
