[Rpm-maint] say no to dependencies

Hi all,

    I am trying to package a filesystem (ELF MIPS). Since it is ELF he lists
a lot of dependencies for it which it actually don't want.. How can I tell
him explicitly that this rpm has no dependencies ? Any idea is highly
appreciated.
