Hm. Well, this is similar to the athlon case I suppose, where uname
returns i686, and gives us no knowledge that additional optimization
levels are available.

(Note: On Fedora, uname actually returns "athlon", but that is only
because it is patched into uname.c, and that patch is not upstream.)
