We're not going to find a single legal owner; it's all in the mix of
copyrights.
I'll contact Jeff and see what he says. From my perspective, it's
likely that an update Maximum RPM could be useful to both communities,
at a certain level. The question might be, where is the canonical
upstream going to be, and can there be one? It's possible that
rpm5.org needs to be a full fork moving on its own. We'll see ...
