Thanks a lot. Yes, I should have mentioned this isn't yet in a packaged
version of elfutils. It will be in elfutils-0.153. When that and a new
release of rpm is out I'll also provide a patch for kernel.spec to
actually use the flag, plus the appropriate BuildRequires.
