[Rpm-maint] Pretrans scriptlets and file conflicts

Hi Panu et al,

I just noticed that pretrans scriptlets get run before the
file dispositions are calculated. Isn't that a bit dangerous?
It means that pretrans scriptlets get run even if the transaction
isn't run at all because of a file conflict.
