I had a look at this some time ago, probably while looking for a cure 
for https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=847960 but in my 
(limited) experiments on this, f_frsize was always just the same as 
f_bsize so I ended up leaving it alone.

Do you have a case where it actually makes a difference?
