[Rpm-maint] [Patch] Fix file signature bugs

Hi,

The first patch fixes a bug that occurs when the signature header changes
sizes (after including file signatures). I revised it based on Lubos'
comments. The second patch fixes another bug where only the first file
signature was installed. Please pull if these fixes are acceptable.
